C-Series –
Innovative Claw Technology

The C-Series claw pumps and compressors of Elmo Rietschle generate contact-free vacuum or compressed air efficiently and economically. This is possible because of the principle of internal compression. The gas is pre-compressed within the compressing chamber and is then discharged.

This leads to an evident energy saving compared to rotary lobe blower designs without internal compression.

Zephyr is able to reach much higher pressure differentials than Roots type pumps, whether used in vacuum or pressure services.

Model KTA - Can be operated simultaneously with vacuum and pressure. Ideally designed for the printing and paper handling industry. When replacing existing pumps in the Printing and Graphics industry, there is no need, in many cases, to purchase a new motor.

BORA and BLIZZARD - The Dynamic Solution

Contactless design for top reliability - Elmo Rietschle's new BORA Series Regenerative Blowers are a cut above the rest. Single and two-stage models achieve higher vacuums or pressures than other models; and, unlike "stamped metal blowers", these efficient blowers offer unparalleled quality, reliability and value that lasts.

BORA

These side-channel blowers and vacuum pumps with standard drive are available in double-flow (SAP) and double-stage (SAH) version. 24 sizes ensure that large volume flows and pressure ranges are available for every application.

SAP - volume flows from 53 - 1850 m3/h
SAH - volume flows from 32 - 630 m3/h

This side channel range includes vacuum pumps and compressors in selected sizes on a BORA base with speed control. The three-phase motor has an integral frequency inverter. With higher speeds much higher vacuum and pressure can be achieved as reserve. It is not necessary to install a bigger blower size.

Such flexibilities are important for applications with changing operating parameters. Available in 11 sizes with differential pressures of -470 to +720 mbar and volume flows of 30 to 1060 m3/h

F-Series –
Radial Blowers for Industrial Use 

Elmo Rietschle offers a wide range of single- and multi-stage radial blowers for vacuum and pressure operation. Main applications for these radial blowers are packaging and paper handling.
 
The smaller units with integrated dust separators can also be used for extracting small particles like paper dust or powders

TWISTER

S-Series –
The Screw: rugged and durable

The S-VSA and S-VSB dry running, contact-free screw vacuum pumps are primarily used in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries for processing applications. A contamination with oil or other operating liquids is impossible. Several pump sizes are available with ATEX certification.

We are currently launching the new V-VSI screw vacuum pump – the first of its kind – for industrial applications such as packaging and drying.

The Twister VSB uses a high-efficiency, dual pitch screw design. Two non-contacting parallel screws rotate inside the pump housing and move process gases axially from the inlet to the discharge port. Heavy duty external timing gears maintain clearances and absorb loads.
