Summit FG Series lubricants are specially designed for rotary screw, vane and reciprocating compressors being used in the food service industry. These lubricants are approved by the USDA for H-1 application (lubricants with incidental food contact) and comply fully with the requirements of FDA 21CFR 178.3570 and the Canadian Food Agency. FG-200 is designed for use in rotary screw compressors and other applications requiring an ISO-68 lubricant.

The FG Series lubricants are formulated from the highest quality synthesized hydrocarbon fluids available. The special additive system is blended with the synthetic base-fluid to provide extended lubricant life and to protect against wear, rust and corrosion.

FG-100 is designed for use in rotary screw compressors and applications requiring an ISO-32 lubricant. FG-300 and FG-500 are designed for use in reciprocating compressors, rotary vane compressors and other applications requiring an ISO-100 lubricant.

All Food Grade Products are Kosher approved.

Summit Supra-32 and Supra Coolant® have been formulated to address the specific problems associated with conventional rotary screw compressor coolants: thermal degradation and deposit formation. The polyglycol/ester blend provides superior performance in the areas of oxidation resistance and deposit formation. Supra 32 and Supra Coolant® eliminate the varnish, sludge and frequent lubricant changes associated with hydrocarbon oils.

SUBLIME®

Industrial / Commercial Applications

Sublime descaler is designed for safe, efficient removal of lime deposits and water scale from:

  • Heat exchangers, air compressors, power plant boilers, piping systems and evaporating equipment
  • Water-wetted equipment in refineries, utilities, paper mills, chemical plants, foundries and rubber plants, to name a few.
  • Food processing plants, meat packing plants and breweries. (NSF registered)
  • Sewage disposal plants, water treatment facilities and other municipal water handling operations.
  • Any piece of equipment that is water-cooled.

    SUBLIME® is a water-based solvent containing wetting agents, corrosion inhibitors and degreasing compounds. It is designed to penetrate and remove encrusted lime scale, rust, and corrosion products and dirt from water-wetted surfaces in process equipment, commercial and industrial applications.

Meets or Exceeds Government Regulations.

Sublime is non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-flammable and non-hazardous when used as directed.

Once depleted, Sublime is not listed as a hazardous waste, nor does it possess any of the hazardous characteristics specified in 40 CRF261. Additionally, Sublime has a low basic oxygen demand (B.O.D.).

Sublime Descaler is NSF registered A3. Sublime is NSF® registered A3 and USDA approved for use as an acid cleaner in all establishments operating under the Federal Meat, Poultry, Shell Egg Grading and Egg Products Inspection Program.
