SUMTECH® FMG grease is an aluminum complex thickened semi-synthetic lubricating grease created specifically for the food service, beverage, and packaging industries. The aluminum complex thickener system provides excellent water resistance and a broad operating temperature range.
A combination of newly developed additives and dependable HX1 additives provide excellent anti-wear/extreme pressure properties, oxidation resistance, and corrosion prevention. SumTech® FGCO grease is a calcium oleate thickened, synthetic lubricating grease created specifically for the food service, beverage, and food processing industries. The unique biofriendly thickener system provides excellent water washout and shear resistance as well as a high drop point.
A combination of newly developed additives gives this grease an extremely high weld point while offering excellent antiwear/extreme pressure properties, oxidation resistance, and corrosion prevention. Special additives are employed to keep the grease in place between washdown cycles which improves equipment and lubricant life in wet conditions.
SumTech® EMB-160 is semi-synthetic ISO 150 polyurea grease specifically designed for use in rolling element anti-friction bearings operating under extreme temperatures. The organic polyurea thickener system contains no metal ions which act as catalysts for oxidation.
SumTech® EMB-160 was designed with special antioxidants and corrosion inhibitors to ensure long life of rolling bearings operating under severe temperature and high humidity. Summit Supra-32 has been formulated to address the specific problems associated with conventional rotary screw compressor coolants - thermal degradation and deposit formation. The polyglycol/ester blend has provided superior performance in the areas of oxidation resistance and deposit formation.
Supra-32 eliminates the varnish, sludge and the frequent lubricant changes associated with petroleum oils.

Summit PS Series premium synthetic blend lubricants are a blend of synthetic and petroleum base fluids specially designed for compressor applications and are useful in multi-purpose applications. The lighter grades are also well suited for gas and steam turbine applications.
